For this year's Musiekfees, our challenge was to effectively promote the event to its target market prior to the big day. We decided to give fans a taste of the festival by creating a unique experience: a live poster! We transformed a truck into a moving and interactive poster that traveled around town, popping up in locations where each performer's audience frequented.

As the project manager and producer, I oversaw the entire transformation of the truck from start to finish. This involved purchasing a suitable truck that could handle the campaign's requirements and load. Working closely with our scenic production vendor, we built and installed the necessary electronics, sound systems, signage, and branding to ensure its full functionality. Additionally, we included other promotional content to generate excitement for the event.

The result was an engaging and attention-grabbing campaign that effectively promoted the Musiekfees to the target audience.
